Support / Training

• Business Onsite Services are provided at $110/hr. Minimum on-site service time is 60 mins. Service thereafter is charged in 6 min increments.
• Business Remote Services (telephone/remote access) are provided at $110/hr calculated in 6 min increments.Minimum service time is 6 mins. 
• Home User Services are provided at a discounted rate of $88/hr (1 hr minimum onsite, 6 min minimum remote).
• Call Out Fees - No call out fee is charged for scheduled call outs to locations within Sydney's North Shore. Reasonable call out fees applicable to urgent call outs and other locations.

• Business Remote Services (telephone/remote access) are provided at $100/hr calculated in 6 min increments.Minimum service time is 6 mins. 
• Home User Services are provided at a discounted rate of $70/hr (1 hr minimum onsite, 6 min minimum remote).
• Call Out Fees - No call out fee is charged for scheduled call outs to locations within Hobart and surrounding suburbs. Reasonable call out fees applicable to urgent call outs and other locations.

PC Service / Windows Reinstallation - Many PCs running windows will require a 'full reinstall' if they have had a serious virus infection, windows has degraded/slowed-down over time, or has had some other form of system corruption. Reinstalling windows and all programs should give the PC 'like new' performance. This involves backing up all data, formatting the hard drive, installing windows and software and restoring data. Cost for this operation is usually $120 - $180, with most jobs coming in at the lower end of the scale. We guarantee no loss of data (except in the case of a hard drive failure).

Service Plans - Business users may find it preferable to take advantage of one of our Customer Service Agreements which include prescribed amounts of support and management for a set monthly fee. Plans can be customized to suit your needs. Details are available upon request.
